I came across this amazing way to make heavy duty rugs from this site
she has done some amazing rugs.They are super fun and easy to do, I have done all of mine from scarps that I have had around the house. She has super easy intructions on how to make them.
Kids room 6 ft rug
made from Blue & Red patterned Flannel
Entry rug 5 ft rug
made out of 3 cotton sheets cut to 3/4 inch.

I have more fabric to make some rugs for my kitchen and bathrooms.
